High Speed and Low Leakage Power Voltage Level Shifter using Regulated Cross-Coupled Network

This concise presents a power efficient level shifter using regulated cross-coupled network with split inverter. With the use of network, dissipation pull-up region drastically decreases. Level shifters convert voltage levels which are below threshold to acceptable by decreasing transistor size. A Split inverter is used at output decrease short circuit current. Modified along load capacitor increase speed and consumption. LS can save 31% compared other techniques. The proposed works effectively high consumes less power. For simulation, LT spice tool 50 nm technology 90 used.
